Summer Planting Season!

May 25, 2007 -- Haypatch, Utah -- The tomatoes and peppers were
planted in record time this year thanks to the abundance of
willing hands. Two minutes of planting and there were 200 plants
in the ground. (Well, maybe it was a bit more than 2 minutes,
but not much!)
So, yay, Summer is here!

In unrelated news...
Lambs-a-plenty

May 25, 2007 -- Haypatch, Utah -- The ewes have been producing
in great numbers this late Spring. Most came in packs of twos.
Even with a few of the early lambs disappearing (don't tell the
wee ones where lambs go...it's our little secret...), there are
16 lambs still gallivanting through the HayPatch. They come in
many colors including black, brown, white and spotted. If you
haven't been to the 'patch in a while, now's the time to see
some sweet lamb action.

Crop News -- Gooseberries

May 25, 2007 -- Haypatch, Utah -- There are actually
